Steps International Student Visa Program
Application Checklist
(for students use to insure the application packet is complete)
__Completed application form
__Dance resume in English
__Letter of introduction in English
__Letter of recommendation in English from a dance teacher or mentor
__Copy of your current passport (your original must be presented upon admission to Steps)
__Videotape (NTSC format) or DVD showing dance technique OR two photos, one in first arabesque, and one in tendu a la second arms in fifth
__Non-refundable $200 application fee payable by credit card (Visa or MC, money order, or travelers checks in U.S. dollars)
__Current official bank statement on bank letterhead or bank statement and letter from a financial supporter or sponsor showing funds sufficient to cover living expenses and tuition while studying at Steps on Broadway (documents must be written in English and currency must be calculated in US dollars)
__Health Form signed by a physician (click here to download )
__One passport sized photo
Incomplete application packets will not be accepted
Items to be sent After Acceptance:
__One half tuition
__Official confirmation of MANDATORY Health Care Coverage in US covering your entire duration of study OR acknowledgement that you will purchase Health Insurance upon arrival in US.
