A Fall Routine

Summer vacation is over, it is time to get back into your dance routine! Add movement and healthy eating to your new school schedule to keep your body strong and fit for the new dance year!

Fall Exercise Ideas
Looking for a way to add some exercise into your busy back to school schedule? Walk or bike to school and enjoy the colorful leaves along your route! On the weekends, go apple or pumpkin picking, to help raise your heart rate with some light cardio! Or help out around the house and rake some leaves! Dressing in layers helps to keep you warm in the crisp autumn air, whether it is leg warmers to dance class or a sweater when walking to school!
