The Dance Excellence Scholarship provides exceptional dancers, ages 10-18, with an opportunity to pursue their dreams by training in the Pre-Professional division of the Steps Youth Programs.
Dancers within the Pre-Professional Program work with world-renowned faculty, with incredible careers, and teach professional dancers in Steps on Broadway’s open classes. Graduates of the Pre-Professional Program flourish in the professional dance world and are among the top picks for elite college dance programs, conservatories, and dance companies, as well as commercial and Broadway work.
Who is Eligible
- Dancers, ages 10-18, who dream of becoming a professional dancer.
- Dancers who demonstrate leadership within their community.
- Hard-working and committed to the Pre-Professional training schedule.
- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.
